Day 1 – Spiritual Heritage & Nature Walks

09:00 AM – Visit Wat Samraong Knong
A quiet, spiritual pagoda known for its serene environment. Learn about local Buddhist practices and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
10:30 AM – Explore Banteay Chhmar-style Ruins (if accessible nearby)
Some hidden ruins in the province share similarities with Banteay Chhmar architecture, showcasing the lesser-known Angkorian legacy.
12:00 PM – Lunch at a Local Restaurant or Community Kitchen
Enjoy Khmer countryside dishes with fresh vegetables, grilled fish, or vegetarian options.
02:00 PM – Visit Ta Mok's House (near Anlong Veng)
Learn about Cambodia’s recent history by visiting the home of Ta Mok, a former Khmer Rouge commander. The house is now a museum with lake views and historical stories.
04:30 PM – Sunset at Anlong Veng Lake
A peaceful end to the day with mountain views reflected in the lake. Enjoy a short walk or take photos.

Day 2 – Nature, Community & Border Views
07:30 AM – Breakfast at Your Guesthouse
08:30 AM – Visit Dangrek Escarpment (Border Viewpoint)
Take in the breathtaking view from the top of the mountain range along the Thai-Cambodia border. Visit the former Khmer Rouge bunkers if open. 10:30 AM – Trekking or Nature Walk in Phnom Trung Bat (or nearby forested areas)
Optional short trek guided by a local. Learn about native plants, birds, and the efforts to protect Cambodia's forests. 12:00 PM – Picnic Lunch or Community Meal
Enjoy lunch with locals from a nearby village. You can support a CBT (Community-Based Tourism) program if available. 02:00 PM – Visit a Local Handicraft Village. Meet artisans who weave baskets, mats, or make wood carvings. A chance to buy souvenirs and support local livelihoods. 03:30 PM – Return to Samraong or Continue to Siem Reap/Preah Vihear, 05:00 PM – End of Tour
Day3 departure from Oddor Meanchey to Pursat/ Banteay Meanchey or back to Siem Reap for your fly out of Cambodia
